RECLAIM is a 6-week somatic healing program grounded in the science of trauma, nervous system regulation, and mind-body connection. Designed for individuals who have intellectually understood their past but still carry stress in their bodies, this program goes beyond talk therapy. Through personalized 1:1 sessions, you will learn how to calm your nervous system, reconnect with your authentic self, and finally feel safe—in your body, in your relationships, and in the world around you. This is about deep healing. This is about coming home to yourself.

- You’re a high-achieving adult (often albeit not always a millenial woman) who feels anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained despite outward success.

Program Objectives
If you grew up walking on eggshells, with narcissistic, angry, or emotionally distant caregivers, your nervous system may still be in survival mode. Even after talk therapy, you might feel anxious, people-pleasing, or shut down in relationships. This 6-week 1:1 program, rooted in somatic psychology and polyvagal theory will help you move beyond talk to calm your nervous system, reconnect with your inner child, and build safety from the body up.

Session 1 – Nervous System Mapping
- Understand your stress blueprint (fight/flight/freeze/fawn)
- Introduction to polyvagal theory and somatic safety anchors
- Identify emotional triggers and dysregulation patterns
Session 2 – Safety in the Body
- Guided somatic practices to build felt safety
- Interoception training (body awareness exercises)
- Introduction to grounding and co-regulation techniques
Session 3 – The Inner Child in the Nervous System
- Identify how childhood patterns show up somatically
- Guided visualization + parts work to meet protective parts
- Reparenting through body-based compassion
Session 4 – Releasing Stored Survival Energy
- Gentle somatic release techniques
- Trauma-informed movement and breathwork
- How to complete fight/flight responses safely
Session 5 – Embodying Boundaries & “Enoughness”
- Reframe fawning, perfectionism, and self-doubt as nervous system adaptations
- Learn effective boundary-setting
- Strengthen capacity for “no” and “I matter”
Session 6 – Integration & Moving Forward
- Review growth and nervous system shifts
- Create personalized daily somatic practices
- Plan for nervous system setbacks and emotional resilience

Dr. Kimberly Chew is a SRP Registered Psychologist with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP). With a profound ability to empathize and connect with her clients, her extensive experience includes diagnosing and managing a wide range of psychological conditions, complemented by her compassionate approach and deep understanding of her clients’ needs.
As a mother of three, Dr. Chew has a unique perspective on parenting and childhood trauma, which have become her passion subjects. Her ability to relate to the challenges individuals, couples and families face, enhances her effectiveness in helping her clients navigate the complexities of life.
