For Therapy Consultation Services

Payment terms and charges

During your session with us, we may conduct administrative matters as part of our Services as may be efficacious, including scheduling follow-up sessions or communicating important information with persons to which we have been authorised by you. Time spent on such matters is integral to our Services and will be part of your session.

We may extend your session to allow extra time where necessary. Extensions are charged in blocks of 15 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Different rates will apply depending on the chosen Service. Please check with us for the full list of rates and charges.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, we are unable to extend the duration of your appointment if you are late. Fees payable for your appointment remain the same regardless of the time you arrive. Refunds are not provided once a session has started.

Cancellation policy

We have a strict policy on cancellations and no-shows. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please reschedule in advance so that another person may utilise your allotted time. Cancellations or no-shows are subject to the following charges:

We also retain discretion on increasing the charges payable for cancellations happening more than once.

In the event that a consultant falls sick or is otherwise unable to attend a scheduled session, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.

For The Upper Room (Therapy Room Reservations)

1. Reservations and Payment

• • All room reservations must be made through our online platform or via phone at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your room.
  • We accept major credit cards for payment.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the reservation time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the reservation will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation.
  • Any modifications to the booking time must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

• • All course and workshop enrollments must be completed through our online platform or via phone at least 24 hours prior to the event.
  • Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to secure your spot.
  • We accept major credit cards for payment.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled course or workshop will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course or workshop.
  • Any changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or switching to a different session, must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
