With over 15 years in the health and fitness line, Lynne Soon is currently an accomplished Yoga practitioner and instructor with extensive experience in yoga. Her teaching journey began with earning her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, leading her to teach a diverse array of classes across various yoga styles. She is also trained in yoga for hypermobility, and yoga therapy.
