With a Master of Counselling from Monash University, Karen has developed a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), Trauma & Grief Counselling, and Individual & Group Counselling. Her academic journey is complemented by practical experience, having volunteered at local organisations where she provided emotional support to individuals in crisis, honing her active listening, crisis intervention, and client-centered communication skills.
Karen also brings a unique perspective to counselling, drawing from her extensive corporate background, where she managed teams across 10+ countries. Her experience in understanding consumer behavior, communication strategies, and crisis management has deepened her ability to connect with diverse individuals, offering both strategic insight and emotional support.
