Experience and Expertise
Daphne brings a unique blend of clinical training and two decades of human-centred leadership experience. She holds a Master of Counselling from Monash University, with over 150 hours of clinical practice and 25 hours of supervision, grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral and trauma-informed. Her therapeutic style integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, IFS parts work, DBT-informed strategies, and trauma-informed yoga, allowing clients to access healing through both mind and body.
